Refinance Documents Checklist

Refinance Loan Timeframe: 

- Up to 4 weeks


Documents needed for Refinance Loan: 

- Executed Contract
- Copy of a Driver's License
- W-2 for the previous 2 years
- Paystubs covering 30 days period
- Most recent 2 bank statements on all depository accounts being used for this transaction
- Mortgage Statement, Insurance, Taxes and HOA for each property retained if applicable

+ Self Employed Borrowers only 

- Same items as above but we also need Business and Personal tax returns for the previous 2 years

+ If Applicable 

- Final divorce decree 
- Proof of child support receipt and continuance  
- Bankruptcy discharge 
- Copy of a Green Card 
- Disability Award Letter 
- SSI Award Letters 
- Pension Award and Continuance Letters
- Mortgage Statement, Insurance, Taxes and HOA for each property retained
